On September 17th 2025, Manager BIC an online talk on the Joint Program organized by the IEEE ComSoc Bahrain Chapter and IEEE ComSoc Karachi on the topic of: Soft Skills Webinar – Inclusion: Women in Engineering.
The topic of talk was: The Power of Presence: Soft Skills for Confident Women Leaders in Technology. The talk encompassed the need for working on 5 core skills for leadership presence development and the extreme need of mentoring and support to guide early career women in Tech on focusing on soft skills from the get go.
